Shipping Details
Payment: At Pluto Designs Studio, all orders are on a first-payment basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. Payment is required upon checkout, and you may choose from our available payment options. Once your payment is complete, kindly send proof of payment or a screenshot of the transaction to our email: plutodesignsstudio@gmail.com.
Shipping:
Local Shipment (Philippines): After receiving your payment confirmation, your order will be prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. We use J&T Express as our primary courier, offering a flat-rate shipping fee nationwide, regardless of the weight or size of your order. Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via email so you can monitor your package. We also provide same-day delivery through Lalamove or Grab, upon request. Please note that same-day delivery fees and shipping charges will be shouldered by the buyer.
International Shipment: For overseas orders, items will be shipped out within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–5 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing. A tracking number will be sent to your email so you can track your package until it arrives safely.
